Phlebotomist II
Title: Phlebotomist II
Location: Owings Mills, MD
Duration: 2-3 months - possible extension
Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM - Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $19.85 - $21.79
Overview:
The PSR II serves as the face of the company, collecting high-quality blood samples and ensuring an excellent patient experience. This role involves direct patient interaction, skilled phlebotomy, and accurate specimen handling in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform safe, accurate blood draws (including pediatric/geriatric) and label specimens in front of patients.

Verify patient information, maintain documentation, and follow lab protocols.

Provide exceptional service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Work independently with minimal supervision; travel to multiple sites as needed.

Support operational excellence, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA); medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

3+ years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric draws.

Strong customer service and data entry skills.

Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to travel.

Comfortable in high-volume settings and quick to adapt.
