Job Summary:
- Our Global Talent Acquisition team seeks a passionate University Relations Specialist who is ready to cultivate relationships and foster a robust pipeline of future talent.
- As a University Relations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, overseeing the entirety of the recruiting and selection process for future talent.
- Your strategic mindset and relationship-building skills will be essential as you partner with internal stakeholders, campus representatives, and other key external entities.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Ownership: Manage the complete future talent recruiting and selection process from headcount approval through to offer acceptance and onboarding for assigned client group(s).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interface directly with internal stakeholders and client groups, providing strategic advice on best practices and benchmarking aProductst the external market in collaboration.
- Campus Partnerships: Liaise with assigned campus partners, career services offices, student organizations, and other key stakeholders to enhance our campus presence and outreach.
- Event Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Conference Event team to align strategic priorities, ensuring that our company is well-represented at career fairs and related events.
- Engagement Presentations: Develop and deliver engaging presentations to both internal and external audiences, showcasing our company and the opportunities we offer.
- Department Initiatives: Support the broader initiatives, projects, and efforts within the department to enhance our talent acquisition strategy.
Education Minimum Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to build relationships across various levels.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the recruitment process are executed flawlessly.
- Previous experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) to manage the recruitment workflow efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, for effective data management and presentation.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% during peak recruiting periods.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience with candidate relationship management (CRM) systems (Phenom People preferred).
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Prior experience in university relations or similar roles, enhancing your understanding of the campus recruitment landscape.
