Job Title: Distribution Center Associate
Job Location: Laval, QC
Job Duration: 2 Months (possibility of extension)

Job Summary:

• The role focuses on order picking, packing, relabeling, replenishment, rework activities, and inventory-related tasks, while ensuring compliance with company procedures and Health & Safety standards at Client Diagnostics.

Duties:

• Pick orders using an RF scanner while following established procedures and quality standards.
• Pack and label customer orders accurately for shipment.
• Perform relabeling and rework activities according to standard procedures.
• Support replenishment of carton boxes and packing materials.
• Conduct cycle counts, including piece counts and lot number verification.
• Put away products in the correct warehouse locations using RF tools and SAP transactions.
• Assist with processing returned goods.
• Support general warehouse operations and maintain an organized work environment.
• Reprograms Inform II meters following established procedures.
• Comply with all Client Diagnostics Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma completed.
• Functionally bilingual (English and French), written and spoken.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is an asset (not required).
• Comfortable using basic computer systems (experience with RF scanners, SAP or google suite is an asset).

Physical Requirements:

• Available to work different shifts based on business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks; ability to move pallets using manual equipment (up to 800 lbs).
• Reliable, team-oriented, and demonstrates a strong work ethic and initiative.
• Available for the full duration of the assignment (2–3 months).
