Job Title: Sales Strategy Analyst
Job Location: St. Paul, MN, Hybrid in AH (In office - Tues/Wed/Thurs)
Job Duration: 5 Months (possibility of extension)
Payrate: $58.83/ hr. on w2


Job Summary:
  • Prepares analytics and insights across department as well as provides operational efficiency and optimization within the department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Communicates and supports the Data Analytics strategy.
  • Determines customer requirements and translate requirements into reports for analysis.
  • Provides analysis and tracking of data through ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis and partnership to share insights and ensure understanding within the business.
  • Uses data to highlight key organization trends and collaborate with businesses to identify causes, costs and potential interventions/solutions.
  • Participates in periodic audits and analyses to ensure accuracy, optimization of systems and reporting as well as new analytic opportunities.

Strategy Responsibilities:

  • Attend monthly new product launch and end of life meetings to coordinate product life service activities.
  • Support Global service needs by partnering with Regional managers, sharing US strategy and portfolio & guiding global offerings.
  • Drive successful capital equipment and service strategies across divisions by leveraging best sales practices and business processes.
  • Develop service contracts/entitlements & billable services that align with service plan & Expert Care portfolio while maximizing revenue (Own for US & provide guidance for Global).
  • Develop/rollout service sales execution plans with sales teams.
  • Own & facilitate monthly alignment meetings & QBR content – align strategy, sales, & delivery.
  • Drive & Develop AOP/Fcst/Strat plan alignment, conversations and strategy.
  • Support process improvement projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional service teams to drive increasing revenues across contract & billable services.
  • Provide analytics, observations & recommendations to leadership in order to drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with and influence regional & divisional partners to increase Capital Equipment Sales and Service Coverage.

Quality System Requirements:

  • In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

Required Experience:

  • 6 - 9 Years with BA.

  • 4 - 7 Years with MBA.

Additional Requirements:

  • Application Abilities – “be able to tell the story”.
  • Background in finance, auditing, statistical/analytics, data management/reporting, sales operating.
  • Most have tableau experience (Manager needs the candidate to be able to jump right in).
  • Preferred systems exp. – GSMS (Global Service Management System), SAP.
  • Manager is focused more on the analyst role.
  • The goal for the analyst work would be a support the strategy partner.
  • The preferred candidate will have strong analytical skills, a background in project management, the ability to build strong partnerships, and excellent presentation skills.
  • Need someone that can see the data/analyze the data and relate that to what the business needs.
