Job Title: Patient Services Representative I / Phlebotomist
Duration:4 months
Location: Lehigh Acres, FL
Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-3pm w/rotational Saturday 6am-10am

Overview:
As the face of our healthcare organization, the PSR I collects quality blood samples, prepares specimens for lab testing, and ensures a safe, professional, and compassionate experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draw blood and prepare specimens following standardized procedures

• Interact directly with patients to explain procedures and build trust

• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and quality in all tasks

• Maintain records and uphold a clean, safe environment

• Represent the company positively to patients and the public

• Perform both clinical and forensic collections confidently

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

  • Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA (preferred elsewhere)

• Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy required; 1+ year preferred

  • Customer service or retail experience a plus

  • Data entry/keyboard skills required

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric draws

• Reliable transportation and ability to work full scheduled shifts

• Flexible availability: weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime

• Independent worker with attention to detail and patient care
