Pay Range: $36/hr.
Work location is the role hybrid
Work schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday (Remote) Wednesday and Thursday 7a -4p or 8a 5p
Targeted Start date: February 17, 2025
Targeted End date: August 29, 2025
Product of Project: Staffing, Onboarding and Provisioning for min of six months.
Team structure: Will report directly to manager and will take functional direction from manager and Advisors
Top 5 required skills set:
Strong Excel skills
strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with complex analysis with large data sets.
Previous onboarding and provisioning experience.
Strong customer/client focus including user experience.
Industry experience: No Specific industry required looking for combination of analytic and problem solving with strong customer service.
Years of experience: 1 3 years.
Soft skills: Client and customer satisfaction skills required.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
This resource will provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical analysis required to address onboarding and provisioning of ASP, T&D, Generation, and OE personnel. Ensure adherence to compliance and access governance requirements
Required Skills/Attributes
