Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Fulfillment Operations
Location: Santa Ana CA
Duration: 5+ Months with Possibility of Extension
Shift: PST Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay Range: $ 21.56/hr on W2

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations within the Western Regional Client Supply Fulfillment Center. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving incoming materials and supplies

• Breaking down pallets and boxes using appropriate cutting tools

• Putting away materials into storage areas or flow racks

• Packing items securely using air pillows, tape guns, and other materials

• Shipping completed orders and affixing correct shipping labels

• Preparing pallets, loading trucks, and confirming order fulfillment

• Performing offline order filling and labeling tasks when required

• Operating material handling equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

All tasks must be carried out in compliance with corporate policies, safety standards, and work instructions. The role requires effective communication and collaboration within a team-based environment.

Required Knowledge:

• Accurate item recognition and inventory counting

• Proper and secure packaging techniques

• Safe lifting and cutting tool practices

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

• Experience using shipping software and label printing systems

• Ability to safely lift up to fifty (50) pounds

• Familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks is preferred
