Hiring Profile:
Must Have Skills/Experience: de-escalation skills, experience with acute adult mental health
Preferred Skillset/Experience:
Type of Patients on Unit: Thought disordered, psychotic, personality disorder, manic
Personality Fit: able to remain calm, professional demeanor
