Job Title: Parts Coordinator | Packaging Operations Coordinator
Location: Mattoon, IL 61938 (100% Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract (with possible extension)
Work Schedule: (General Shift Hours), Monday to Friday
Pay: $19/hr. - $21/hr. on W2 (Negotiable based on experience)

Your Responsibilities:
As a Packaging Operations Coordinator for Client located in Mattoon, IL, you will work on a variety of tasks such as:
- Determine packaging and container solutions for service parts traveling through the Client network
- Support packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality and productivity
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data-entry, document preparation and email communication to support third-party packaging facility’s day-to-day operations
- Coordinate the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock or unshipped orders
What Skills You Need:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Critical-thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to look at datasets
- Experience leading issue resolution amongst a cross-functional team
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Experience working in a warehouse or production environment
- Experience Warehouse Management Systems (SAP)
- Knowledge of developing work standards
- Administrative experience
