Location: Meridian, ID 83642 (Position will be in Eagle, ID)
Duration: 3 Months+
Shift: Monday – Thursday
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 Hours/Week
Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures. This role involves direct patient interaction, requiring skillful, safe, and accurate blood draws while building trust and confidence through clear communication and professionalism.
The PSR I will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy. Under the direction of the area supervisor, the PSR I performs daily tasks accurately and maintains a safe, professional environment.

Job Duties:
- Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
- Deliver high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
- Provide excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric draws.
- Maintain flexibility for staffing needs including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic training (Preferred).
- Phlebotomy certification (Preferred; Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
- Minimum of 6 months phlebotomy experience (Required).
- 1+ years of phlebotomy experience (Preferred).
- Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (Preferred).
- Experience with keyboarding/data entry (Required).
