Quality Acceptance Inspector

Carries out independent activities that support the execution of regulatory/quality management system requirements related to incoming inspection by sorting suspect materials for medical devices, consumer goods, or other products within warehouse. Can creates timely nonconforming records for failed inspections and/or sort suspect nonconforming medical device components. Responsible to meet departmental metrics. May assist with daily management board activities including input to data. Support lean initiatives and contributes to continuous improvement and complete QEKs. Escalates issues to direct manager. Completes work with some supervision. Ability to read and understand technical documents and procedures. Computer use proficiency. Ability to work independently and complete multiple assignments on time. Manufacturing process knowledge desired. Repetitive assignments, little variation. Requires both standing and sitting for long periods of time. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.,Justification 1) Critical to business, revenue related, Q4 and Q1 of 2025 2) Position is needed to meet current customer demand and production ramp up.
