Job Title: Talent Acquisition Sourcer and Screener
Location: Alpharetta GA
Duration: 6 Months
Shift Time: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Sourcer and Screener to join our team.
- In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates, responsible for sourcing, identifying, and screening high caliber candidates across a variety of roles.
- You will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience, and will play a key role in building a robust talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Initial Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, focusing on both active and passive talent.
- Collaboration with Recruiters: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and pipeline status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by sharing the company s mission, vision, and values during candidate interactions.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with the company s commitment to diversity and inclusion, actively seeking out diverse talent.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field .
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume recruitment environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including recruiters, hiring managers, and other members of the HR team.
- Ability to thoroughly assess candidate resumes and profiles to ensure a match with job requirements.
