Location: Portland, ME 04102
Duration: 3 Months+ contract (with possibility of extension)
 
Position Information:

• Facility Department/Cost Center: Cardiac Cath Services/140.823136.
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Tech.
• Specialty: Adult Interventional Cath.
• Number of Openings: 1.
• Shift: 6:30-1900.
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36.
• Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted).
• Call Requirements: 13 shifts/13 weeks. 26 shifts/26 weeks.
• Years of Experience: Minimum 2yrs.
• Float Requirements: N/A.

• Required Certifications (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request):
  • RCIS and/or ARRT for Cardiovascular Technologists.
• Education Modules (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request):
  • Department and institution yearly competencies.
  • Yearly privacy and security training.

• Number of Beds: N/A.
• Patient Ratios: N/A.
• Equipment: McKesson Hemodynamic System, Client X-Ray.
• EMR: EPIC.

• Must Have Skills/Experience:
  • McKesson Hemo and EPIC EMR.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience:
  • Adult Interventional Cath.
  • STEMIs.
• Type of Patients on Unit:
  • Adult Cardiac.
• Personality Fit:
  • Team player.
  • Flexibility to shift from low to high complexity procedures at a moments notice.

• Scrub Color: Green (provided by department).

• Start Time: 6:30 AM.
• End Time: 7:00 PM.
