#1 Monday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Tuesday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Wednesday 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Thursday 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM, Friday 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM.

#2 Monday 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Tuesday 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Wednesday 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

No weekends, no on-call.

Top Qualifications: Team player, good communication, competence in vaccine administration, BP, ear flushes, vitals, standard rooming with EPIC EMR.

One (1) year of healthcare experience.
Education

High School Diploma or GED.

Completion of one of the following:

MA program.

EMT-Basic course.

On-the-job MA training with one (1) year of healthcare experience.

Completion of MA Apprentice program.

Licensure & Certifications
-
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Providers (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent.
Job Summary
-
Room patients using the standard rooming procedure in a timely manner.
-
Perform clinical tasks such as point-of-care testing, medication and vaccine administration, application of durable medical equipment, phlebotomy, and assisting with procedures per protocol.

Complete administrative duties including medication refills per protocol, prior authorizations, communication of normal results, MyChart messages, and paperwork within standard turnaround time.

Support scheduling functions and referral facilitation per clinic guidelines.

Provide patients with educational materials, instructions, and After Visit Summaries.
-
Document all patient care in EMR accurately, professionally, and timely, including level of service per policy.
-
Escalate compliance risks or patient safety concerns to the care team or leadership.

Perform pre-visit planning and registry management.
-
Follow safety and infection control standards.
-
Support inventory control and equipment maintenance.
-
Perform specialty-specific clinical and non-clinical duties within MA scope as directed.

Obtain patient consent documentation as applicable.

Other duties as assigned.
