Shapes the future of strategic innovation pillar and key innovation platforms under the innovation pillar. Leads a cross-functional team to develop key upstream innovation concepts, deliver communications and IP strategies. Identify future growth opportunities, shape early-stage concepts, and translate consumer and professional insights into innovation pipelines. Manage timeline and deliverables to ensure projects progress aProductst milestones.
