Job Title: QC Lab Technician
Location: Somerset, NJ
Contract: 12 Months+
Description:
• Perform independently complex, routine and non-routine laboratory activities including analytical tasks and sample preparation. Testing of incoming material and finished products and approve/reject the product within the time stipulated.
• Identify and troubleshoot common problems/issues encountered. Keep daily record and appropriate documentation on all laboratory work performed.
• Independently operate standard equipments/procedures to the required level.
• Assure compliance of SHE procedure and proactively contribute to the improvement of lab safety.
• Independent and efficient use of all internal tools for data collection/recording and administration.
• Experience in handling GC & GCMS is preferred.

• Diploma/Degree in Chemistry with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Ability to work independently as well as within a multi-cultural team.
• Must be willing to work in shifts
