Seeking a highly skilled Project
Scheduler with extensive experience in Primavera to join our team at Client. The
Project Scheduler will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing
project schedules for key initiatives, ensuring the efficient and timely
execution of all project phases. The ideal candidate will utilize Primavera P6
to develop detailed schedules, monitor progress, track milestones, and provide
stakeholders with accurate reporting. This role requires strong analytical
skills, the ability to identify potential risks, and the capability to
implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in Primavera P6,
ensuring alignment with project objectives, deliverables, and deadlines.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other
stakeholders to define project timelines, Product, and resource allocation.
Monitor and track project progress aProductst established timelines
and deliverables, identifying potential risks and delays.
Provide regular reports on project schedule performance, including
critical path analysis, variance reports, and resource allocation updates.
Conduct detailed analysis of project schedules, identifying
potential delays or risks, and recommend solutions to ensure projects stay on
track.
Assist in the development of project forecasts, including cost and
resource projections, ensuring proper planning and allocation of resources.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of project changes,
including schedule adjustments, Product changes, and approval processes.
Conduct project schedule reviews with teams and management to
ensure proper alignment and timely resolution of any issues.
Perform resource leveling, workload balancing, and coordinate with
various teams to optimize resource allocation.
Assist in risk management by identifying potential scheduling
risks, proposing mitigation strategies, and tracking risks through project
lifecycle.
Support project teams by providing training and assistance in
using Primavera P6 and project scheduling best practices.
Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders to
ensure timely and accurate updates on project schedules.
Ensure compliance with TECO's project management standards,
policies, and procedures, and assist in process improvements.
Experience required:
Minimum 3-5 years of
experience in project scheduling, with significant expertise in Primavera
P6.
Technology or tools required:
Advanced proficiency in
Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong understanding of project scheduling, critical path
analysis, resource allocation, and project tracking.
Experience with resource leveling and forecasting in Primavera.
Ability to integrate multiple project schedules and maintain
project controls.
Hybrid 4 days onsite
