Pay Range: $18 - $20/hr (W2)
Role Overview:
The Material Handler is responsible for shipping, receiving, storing, and fulfilling orders for finished goods, materials, and equipment. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety standards in a warehouse environment.

Pay Range: $18 - $20/hr (W2)
Role Overview:
The Material Handler is responsible for shipping, receiving, storing, and fulfilling orders for finished goods, materials, and equipment. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety standards in a warehouse environment.
- Exposure to varying temperatures (room temp, cold-room, and freezer-room).
- Moderate to high noise levels.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime when required.
- Occasional local travel may be needed.
- Receiving & Inspection: Verify incoming shipments for correct quantity, quality, and documentation.
- Warehouse Operations: Work in various temperature zones, including room temperature (59–86°F), cold-room (36–46°F), and freezer-room (-4–23°F).
- Equipment Handling: Operate distribution equipment safely as required.
- Collaboration: Interact with internal teams and follow established procedures to meet operational goals.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records and assist in tracking warehouse inventory
Must have:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 0-2 years of related experience (logistics/life science background preferred).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (ERP systems, Outlook, shipping software).
- Operate powered industrial trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, sort, and arrange materials for storage and shipment while ensuring accuracy.
