Phlebotomist II
Job Title: Phlebotomist II / Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Location:Southlake, TX
Duration: 3 months
Shift: 8 AM to 2 PM - Mon to Fri
Summary:
The PSR II serves as the front-line representative for patients, responsible for collecting quality blood samples and ensuring accurate specimen processing. This role builds trust through professional, compassionate care while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens following established protocols.

Ensure accurate patient identification and specimen labeling.

Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to patients.

Maintain documentation and uphold safety and quality standards.

Support multiple locations as needed with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Required).

Phlebotomy certification (Required in CA, NV, WA; preferred elsewhere).

3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric patients.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.

Reliable transportation and clean driving record (if applicable).

Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
