Project Title: Finance Manager
Project Location: Universal City, CA
Project Duration: 11 Months Contract
Pay Rate Range: $45-$50/hr

Qualifications:
AP onboarding vendors/ AP processes/ managing day to day and making processes improvement
People management experience 7-10 years and director 10-20 years experience with Improvement process
The HM would like to see more candidates with a focus on managing vendor master data in SAP ECC or S4 HANA, experience managing others, and strong experience in Zendesk.

Responsibilities:
The Global Accounts Payable Manager Operations will be a fast, clear and independent thinker who is naturally curious about end-to-end processes, is metrics and number savvy with an analytical mindset, has proven change management experience and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric and ever-changing environment.

The candidate will work closely with the AP Business Partnership team and the business process outsourcer (BPO).
The candidate will be part of the larger Global Finance Operations (GFO) team.
The GFO team focus is on globalizing, standardizing and centralizing processes and procedures.
This role will specifically support the Global Vendor Management and Accounts Payable Helpdesk processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery

Maintain working knowledge of the industry in addition to the Client AP control framework and processes.
Understand all aspects of the Accounts Payable function including vendor relations, vendor master data maintenance, invoice processing, disbursements, vendor reconciliations, aged AP items and Help Desk.
Work closely with BPO provider in monitoring service delivery via process metrics and KPI.
Resolve or advance issues that come through the Accounts Payable Helpdesk.
Work with vendors, finance teams, and internal customers to resolve escalated Accounts Payable issues.
Continuous Improvements:
Provide recommendations to the Global P2P Global Process Owner (GPO) on process improvement and technology opportunities and operationalize on standardization initiatives.

Standards and Controls
Ensure compliance to existing policies and procedures, and adherence to regulatory and audit requirements.
