Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Duration: 3 Months
Shift: Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Saturday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Overview:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is responsible for collecting blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and providing excellent patient service. This role requires direct interaction with patients while ensuring procedures are performed safely, accurately, and in compliance with established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws (phlebotomy) and specimen collection for clinical and forensic testing.

• Prepare and label specimens for laboratory processing.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Ensure patient comfort by explaining procedures clearly.

• Follow safety, confidentiality, and quality standards.

• Maintain a professional environment and positive patient experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Medical assistant, paramedic training, or phlebotomy certification preferred.

• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred).

• Experience with pediatric and geriatric blood draws preferred.

• Basic computer and data entry skills required.

• Customer service experience preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation and live within a 20–25 minute commute of Bonita Springs, FL.

• Must be punctual and able to work scheduled shifts, including Saturdays.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred with strong proficiency in both languages.
