Job Description:
We’re looking for a Lead Merchant. You will be responsible for managing a growing and profitable business in North America. You will lead and own a business for a diverse portfolio of FW products for the entire NA Marketplace. This role requires the ability to partner with key x-functionally (Planning, Account Merchandising, Marketing and Sales) to ensure consumer-focused merchandising strategy tailored to the geography, build and sell in consumer-focused assortments. Having a strategic vision, strong communication skills to influence a point of view, marketplace & consumer knowledge, and the ability to span multiple seasons will be critical for this role to create impact, fuel healthy growth, and drive results in this key account. Building trust, relationships and a strong team culture while leading with courage through ambiguity will be critical to success.

- Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.
- Accessories experience is mandatory
- must have sports industry experience
- must be discipline in buying, merchandising, or planning
- needs to be a go-getter
