Position Overview:
The Temporary Supply Planner will support day-to-day supply planning operations, production scheduling, and service risk management. This role plays a key part in maintaining short-term production plans, troubleshooting supply issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure demand is met efficiently.
This position will also provide coverage for planners attending system implementation training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Daily Management System (DMS) meetings
- Troubleshoot and investigate service risks using dashboards and APO
- Attend commercialization and cross-functional supply meetings
- Create and manage weekly short-term production plans (0–13 weeks)
- Assess plant capacity to support demand
- Partner with plant teams to smooth production schedules
- Identify and mitigate waste using dashboards and APO
- Support reporting improvements
- Provide backup coverage for supply planners
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Business
- Operations
- Related field
- 1+ year experience in:
- Supply planning
- Inventory management
- Similar planning role (large enterprise environment preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar) or ability to learn quickly
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Power BI or Tableau
- Experience working with advanced planning tools (APO preferred)

- Comfortable working with production and plant teams
- Able to lead meetings and drive action items
- Quick learner with ERP and planning systems
- Thrives in a structured, fast-paced manufacturing environment
