Job Title: Phlebotomist II
Location: Glassboro, NJ
Duration: 3 Months
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Pay range - $19.85/hr - $21.80/hr

The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the face of the company, responsible for delivering high-quality specimen collection services. This role involves direct patient contact, requiring strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to ensure patients feel comfortable and confident during their visit.

• Perform daily activities under supervisor direction accurately and on time.

• Create a safe and professional work environment.

• Confidently perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection.

• Verify patient demographic information and confirm specimen labeling in the patient’s presence.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Promote a positive and professional image to patients, clients, and the public.

• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and ensure patient confidentiality.

• Deliver quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric draws.

• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and dress code.

• Strong decision-making and judgment skills.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable).

• Willing to travel and work flexible hours across multiple locations on short notice.

• Capable of multitasking in a high-volume environment.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Willingness to embrace and adapt to change.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
