Position Summary:
Nice to Have:
- Personal interest in entertainment is preferred, and a personal interest in marketing campaigns for movies/TV shows preferred.
- Familiar with office products, Adobe products and Google suite products and MS Office suite products are preferred.
- Prior experience with marketing agency is nice to have.
Deal Breakers:
- Candidates should be solely interested in the film marketing area of the entertainment industry; this is not necessarily a creative area for the organization.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Passion for social media platforms, digital trends, emerging technologies, digital marketing, and movies.
- Facilitates the completion of contractual agreements with internal stakeholders and ensures the timely processing of invoices.
- Sr. Coordinator and Coordinator with project management such as digital promotions for upcoming films
- Assists with the development of all digital content, including imagery, descriptions, and video, for multiple brands.
- Assists in the project management of digital media programs including the timely delivery of creative assets
- Seek innovative ways to engage target consumers and press across digital media.
- Assists with the main Paramount social brand but also works on title-specific digital needs.
- Participate in building out an internal CRM system to capitalize on 1st party data.
- Assists in day-to-day digital community management on brand socials.
- Summarizing and analyzing research data to support presentations/projects.
- Tracking competitive advertising, monitor promotions marketplace activity and help maintain competitive tracking data and marketplace trends.
- Ability to manage multiple outside creative agencies and provide clear, concise creative feedback and guidance.
- Participates in team brainstorming sessions.
- Greets scheduled visitors and directed them to the appropriate area or person.
