Position Description

The Medical Imaging Technologist performs technical procedures and assists in the clinical evaluation and care of patients in a fast-paced, Level 1 Trauma Facility. The Medical Imaging Technologist produces diagnostic images and provides a safe, positive experience for the patient. The Medical Imaging Technologist practices and enforces the radiation safety measures in the New York State Department of Health Code Part 16. The Medical Imaging Technologist supports teaching and continued learning as technology changes.
General Comments
3-12hr shifts, Thur, Fri, Sat: 11pm-11:30am or 4-10hr shifts, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon 10pm-7:30am, no on call responsibilities
