Job Title: CT Technologist I
Location: Philadelphia, PA- 19104
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Range: $65 - $70/hr. on W2 (Negotiable)
Working Hours: Hours Per Week: 36.00/ Hours Per Day: 12.00/ Days Per Week: 3.00

Duties:
- Perform computed tomography techniques and examinations.
- Conducts a variety of computed tomography (CT) procedures including assisting radiologists with biopsies, cardiac CT, CT Angiograms, and post-processing.
- Produce computed tomography scans for diagnostic interpretation
- Operate CT equipment and select technical factors
- Responsible for proper identification on images, including both identification and demographic information 100% of the time.
- Document all related data.
- Provide radiation protection for patients, families, staff, the general public and self.
- Other Responsibilities
- Identify, process, transfer and archive patient exams including exam records, images, and patient demographics.
- Maintain the integrity and security of the radiology information systems.
- Resolve and escalate complex issues.
- Orient and train fellow staff technologists.
- Develop and deliver training and in-service presentations.
- Subject to on-call status including weekends and holidays.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience is required essential, pediatric experience required, EPIC experience required, and Client experience required.
Certification:
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) issued through on organization that requires a hands-on instructor lead psychomotor skills verification (ex. American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) is required.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Technical Diploma from a Radiology Program Required
- Pediatric experience highly required
- A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience is required essential, pediatric experience required, EPIC experience required, and Client experience required.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computed tomography imaging.
- Basic knowledge of picture archiving and communication systems (PACS).
- Basic knowledge of radiology information systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Intermediate proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience is required essential, pediatric experience required, EPIC experience required, and Client experience required.
