Job Description:
- Refine and prioritize user stories to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
- Support testing efforts by creating test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.
- Assist with technical activities, including documentation, diagram creation, and artifact development.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to facilitate smooth workflows Maintain and update relevant documentation in Confluence.
- Use JIRA to track, manage, and report on tasks and user stories.
- Support other product management activities as needed Fluency in English.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence for task management and documentation.
- Ability to create diagrams, workflows, or other visual artifacts (e.g., using draw.io, Visio).
- Understanding of agile methodologies and user story development Basic technical knowledge to support testing and technical activities.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
