Job Title - Customer Service Associate Representative
Location: Bloomfield, CT 06002 (Fully Remote - EST/CST Time Zones)
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
Pay range: $16.25/hr. on W2
Job Summary:
Seeking a Customer Service Associate Representative to join a preventive care program focused on member outreach. This entry-level role involves engaging with health plan members regarding their eligibility for preventive screenings (e.g., mammograms, cervical cancer screenings, colonoscopies, wellness visits), scheduling appointments, and confirming follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, tech-savvy, and capable of handling a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Job Summary:

Work Schedule:
- Must be available to work any shift between 8 AM – 8 PM EST, Monday to Friday
Must haveTechnical Requirements:
- Must have a hard-wired internet connection
Minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls with members and healthcare providers (50–80 calls/day)
- Educate members on preventive care services, screening options, and appropriate treatment locations
- Schedule appointments for screenings and wellness visits
- Follow-up to confirm completion of scheduled procedures
- Utilize scripts and decision pathways to ensure consistent communication
- Perform data entry, documentation, and system updates
- Research and troubleshoot issues regarding the care certification process
- Track and report system errors and metrics
- Maintain compliance with operational guidelines and performance standards
Must have Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in a Healthcare/Managed contact center, outbound calling, or telephonic sales environment
- Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams/WebEx)
- Must be able to type at least 30 WPM
- High School Diploma or equivalent
