Duration: 2 Months+
Hybrid onsite 2-3 days per week
Pay range: $32 - $34/hr. on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our procurement team. The Junior Buyer will assist in procuring goods and services, ensuring that the organization's procurement needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively while maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves working closely with senior buyers and other team members to support the purchasing department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Analysis on RFI & RFPs
• Help negotiate prices and terms of agreements.
• Collaborate with department heads to determine procurement needs.
• Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends.
• Support Project Management activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with procurement software preferred.
• Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
