Senior Program Coordinator
Description:
Duties:
Phone reception: Primary responsibility for answering office phones during regular business hours (weekdays, 9-5). Volume is not high, but calls tend to be for more complex situations. Work with team to address phone inquiries in the moment, or take detailed information from caller, to then research with team and return call.
Also assist with general office support, including:
data entry and records research
calendaring/scheduling, setting appointments
preparing summary documents or media/graphics/slides for team (training materials, presentations)
processing forms
answering select email inquiries
assisting with updates for web pages and training materials
serving as point of contact for particular student populations or programs throughout the spring and early summer terms
Skills needed:
Strong work ethic; organized, punctual, reliable. Great written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Motivated and able to work independently on assigned projects to meet deadlines, while communicating status updates to the team, and checking in around changing priorities.
Familiarity with MS Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access) is preferred; experience with Google mail/calendar/docs/sheets/slides is sufficient.
Experience with Campus Solutions student information system, or student support programs in higher education is helpful.
Must be on-site. Hours 8:45 - 5:15pm (1/2 hr unpaid lunch)
