Job Description: Hours: M- F, 7 4 (1 hour lunch break) overtime as needed
How will you make an impact?
You will help create and cultivate a collaborative teamwork environment by providing world-class support to the Site Leadership Team (SLT) and General Manager.
Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.
Maintains confidentiality of all aspects of duties related to the company.
Administrative / reception activities, such as: answer phone, schedule conference rooms, organize customer and vendor visits, arrange lunches, welcome and direct visitors, assist guest with logging into the visitor system and maintain shared and individual calendars.
Open daily mail and receiving packages.
Receiving visitor lunches
Lead and run all new hire onboarding schedules / processes.
SOP training and the ability to apply the standard operating procedure training.
Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
How will you get there?
Education
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree or business-related field preferred
1-2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Equivalent combination of education, training and relevant work experience may be considered.
Experience
Computer skills: Outlook, Teams.
Must be able to speak, read and write (legibly) in the English language without assistance.
Ability and experience communicating effectively in a friendly, and professional manner.
Ability to hold information in strict confidence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, potential clients, customers, contractors, and the general public.

While performing the crucial duties of this job the employee is occasionally required walk, climb, balance and talk/hear/listen (connect with others).
