Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager
Location: Burbank, CA 91505 / New York, NY 10036 (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months (High Possibility of extension)
Shift: Mon - Fri Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour lunch)
Pay Range: $70/hr. - $80/hr.

Position Summary:

• Are you a hardworking senior technical program manager looking to join an amazing PMO? We are seeking an individual with strong technical skills, experience in agile methodologies, and a track record of motivating teams to deeper levels of agility and self-organization.
• We are at the cross-section of several disciplines, including Consumer & Creative Marketing, Marketing Production & Operations, Content Strategy, Data and Insights, Video Monetization and Ad Operations, Marketing Acquisitions & Campaign Services and more, all anchored around our Client* subscription streaming service and Client*, our ad-supported streaming service.
• We seek an impactful program manager who can run highly complex data-led programs in a fast-paced environment through applying precision tracking, initiative, and creativity.
• Individuals should be highly skilled Agile program management professionals, great teammates, lifelong learners, and phenomenal communicators, with a passion for servant-leadership.
• Your primary responsibility will be serving as the program manager for high profile programs and supporting various teams in their agile planning process.

Responsibilities:
This is an important role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Leading projects / programs that span multiple departments with various stakeholders to ensure teams are achieving their commitments.
• Driving effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
• Promote and evangelize a balanced and consistent DIG best practices including portfolio management.
• Actively identifying and removing impediments that may impact team velocity or deliverables.
• Working as a servant-leader within the team, using leadership skills to cultivate healthy and productive working relationships and habits.
• Provide program management support to drive programs & projects to completion.
• Communicate program and projects status updates to a large group of stakeholders; including executive leadership.

Qualities / Experience Were Seeking:
We believe these are the key requirements to be successful:

• 7+ years experience as an agile program manager in a technical/analytical environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required. Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSP, or SA are recommended.
• Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies, with demonstrated success driving those teams to higher levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and implement ideas in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Experience working as part of a larger Program Management Office to deliver complex solutions, working through an agile process to call out issues, remove impediments, and manage risk.
• Experience managing competing priorities, negotiating compromises, and interfacing between a technical team and business partners, sometimes across multiple time zones.
• Comfortable with making decisions that are thoughtful with limited data and lots of ambiguity.
