Data Entry Operator
Job Title: Data Entry Specialist – Night Shift
Location: Miramar FL
Shift/Time Zone: MONDAY-FRIDAY FROM 9:00PM TO 5:30AM
Duration: 3 Months
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to support our night shift operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering patient demographic information and other data into specified computer systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology, demonstrate high data accuracy, and adhere strictly to attendance and punctuality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input numerical and/or alphabetical data from source documents into designated systems under direct supervision.

Follow clearly defined data entry procedures and instructions.

Enter test request forms and rebill information received in various formats from clients.

Review and edit incoming data to ensure accuracy and completeness for billing purposes.

Refer complex issues or discrepancies to senior-level staff for resolution.

Maintain records of individual productivity in accordance with departmental guidelines.

Participate in daily quality assurance audits by reporting work counts and ensuring accuracy standards.

Sort and process requisitions as part of the data workflow.

Consistently meet productivity and accuracy standards set by the department.
Requirements:

Strong background or understanding of medical terminology is highly preferred.

Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain high data accuracy.

Must have excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Reliable personal transportation is required (public transit or rideshare is not acceptable).

Must be dependable, punctual, and available to work the full duration of scheduled shifts.
