Location: New York, NY 10025
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
Schedule: 10 am – 6 pm, Some weekends required
Pay Rate: $30/hr - $32/hr - Referral Bonus Provided

Role Overview:
- The Anesthesia Technician is responsible for supporting the anesthesiology team by ensuring all anesthesia-related equipment, medications, and supplies are stocked, organized, and maintained according to departmental protocols. The role involves both clinical support and logistical duties in a fast-paced OR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of drugs and supplies in anesthesia machines, carts, cabinets, holding areas, and cardiac medication carts.
- Order and restock medications and supplies as directed.
- Accept, verify, and organize deliveries of pharmaceutical, warehouse, and vendor supplies.
- Store supplies in designated storage areas and report discrepancies to the manager.
- Clean, stock, and organize anesthesia supply rooms and department storage areas.
- Maintain temperature logs for anesthesia workroom refrigerators.
- Routinely inspect for expired medications/supplies; remove and replace as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Anesthesia Technician Certification (Required) - Experience: Operating Room (OR) experience and familiarity with medical terminology (Required)
