Phlebotomist I

The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients to support both routine health needs and critical health decisions. The PSR I is responsible for collecting quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring a professional and reassuring experience for all patients. This role requires adherence to established protocols and procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality and data accuracy.

• Specimen Collection & Processing

  • Perform clinical and forensic specimen collections with precision and professionalism.

  • Ensure all specimens are properly labeled, documented, and processed for laboratory testing.

• Patient Interaction

  • Establish an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients.

  • Clearly explain procedures and address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.

  • Display excellent phlebotomy skills, including for pediatric and geriatric patients.

• Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

  • Perform daily responsibilities promptly and accurately under the supervision of the area supervisor.

• • High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience required.

  • 1+ years of phlebotomy experience strongly preferred.
