Lead Data Engineer

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer with deep expertise in Snowflake and development to drive cloud data warehouse solutions and shape data strategy, integration, and governance.
• This role will oversee end-to-end data architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance data operations across AWS, Snowflake, and other Client ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data strategy and architecture decisions.
• Consult, design, and implement Snowflake-based data warehouses with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• Enforce data architecture and governance policies for commercial toolchains.
• Support query performance tuning, data quality frameworks, and governance controls (e.g., masking, row-level security).
• Automate workflows and optimize data processes using Python scripting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in data warehousing, cloud platforms, and data architecture.
• Expertise in Snowflake development, optimization, and administration.
• Proficiency in DBT, Python, and cloud data integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-driven approach.
• Experience in designing and leading enterprise-scale data solutions.
