Job Description
We are looking for a driven and innovative product marketing specialist to join the High-Performance Chromatography Solutions (HPCS) Business Unit Product marketing team. You will focus on content marketing, translating customer needs and product marketing value propositions into benefit driven messaging across our digital channels. This is an exciting and evolving market that requires multifaceted and adaptable marketing efforts. We are in search of a candidate who is motivated, collaborative, enthusiastic, proficient in digital marketing for chromatographers, and committed to achieving results while improving customer focus and experience across our online platforms.
A Day in the Life:
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital content strategy to support, multi-channel marketing campaigns for high performance chromatography products including HPLC instruments, HPLC columns, sample preparation, and sample handling products.
-Take charge of developing and implementing captivating content to raise awareness and stimulate interest; evaluate and grasp the customer interaction during the buyers' journey with a focus on digital platforms.
-Work closely with product marketing teams to ensure product positioning, messaging, and value propositions are aligned with customer needs.
-Partner with digital marketing colleagues to implement and optimize performance across digital channels.
-Ensure ongoing collaboration and alignment with regional counterparts
-Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
-Other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Required Skills: + years of experience
• 5+ years of marketing experience required. Preferably in the pharmaceutical, chromatography, or life science industries.
Preferred Skills:
• Demonstrated experience in marketing content strategy development and execution
• Proven track record in crafting content across digital channels (email, social, display, paid search, website) and crafting a digital customer journey
• Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts
• Strong organizational skills and ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills to work effectively across a matrixed organization
Degree/Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, life sciences, or a related field required.
