Job Description:
Working Hours: 8am-5pm
Candidate must be in EST
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support the rollout and adoption of the new financial health risk assessment across commercial finance teams, ensuring consistent application and alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with sales, quotes, and commercial finance teams to evaluate risks associated with contracts and strategic projects.
Serve as a liaison for risk assessment inquiries, providing guidance to enhance decision-making and compliance with the approval authority matrix.
Analyze key financial metrics to assess deal performance and profitability, focusing on areas of financial risk and opportunity.
Prepare risk assessment report outs for senior leadership, offering insights into financial trends and potential business impacts.
Provide timely, accurate, and value-added information, demonstrating leadership and partnering cross-functionally to drive projects from planning through execution.
Work with peers to foster knowledge sharing and support continuous improvement practices across the organization.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor s and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business-related fields.
CMA, CPA, CFA or other relevant certifications preferred.
Experience
5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting, and business partnering.
Experience with Hyperion Planning, PowerBI, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge positive professional relationships with peers, and upper management.
Customer-centric approach with passion for providing proactive solutions to drive business performance.
Attention to detail and consistently delivering high-quality work. Ability to learn quickly and multi-task in fast paced environment.
Self-motivated with high bias for action, accountability and critical thinking.
