Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support data quality and integrity initiatives across various business systems.
• This role involves data collection, analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and maintain accurate documentation.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources for analysis.
• Perform in-depth analysis to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and patterns within datasets.
• Investigate root causes of data quality issues and provide actionable insights to resolve them.
• Develop and implement short-term workarounds to address data issues while maintaining minimal process disruption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute data clean-up initiatives.
• Monitor, track, and report progress on data correction efforts to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes, findings, and resolution steps.

 
Required Experience:

• Proven experience in data analysis, data quality management, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
• Ability to communicate findings and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization or reporting tools.

 
Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of SAP-EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), or other SAP modules.
• Experience in documenting and implementing data correction workflows.
• Familiarity with data governance and best practices for maintaining data integrity.
