Job Duration: 4-5 Months (possibility of extension)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the Product of a general dentist.
Important Requirements:
- Must be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider.
- Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance.
- Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance.
Educational, Experience and License:
- DDS or DMD degree.
- Active Florida Dental License.
- 1 year experience provide a full range of general dental services
- Dental Center.
Computer Software:
- EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System).
Dress Code:
- Medical Scrubs.
