About Strategic Planning at Client:
Every high-performing team needs a brilliant game plan. The Strategic Planning team at Client drives company growth by leading long-term planning, aligning enterprise leadership, and spearheading transformational initiatives across Client’s diverse businesses and global markets.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Strategy Lead to partner with executive leadership in developing and executing the North America Client Direct long-term strategy. This role will focus on identifying and evaluating critical strategic priorities and catalyzing action through structured business planning processes.
What You’ll Work On:
As a North America Strategy Lead, you will:
- Drive Strategic Planning: Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process, create long-term strategies, and act as a trusted thought partner to senior and executive leadership.
- Lead Cross-Functional Workstreams: Independently manage strategic projects across multiple teams, taking full ownership of timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
- Build Integrated Growth Plans: Help senior leaders develop actionable strategies to grow profitably, focusing on athlete and consumer engagement. Conduct deep strategic analyses and deliver insights through compelling, executive-level presentations.
- Shape Future Strategies: Develop frameworks and plans for long-term business transformation. Design and quarterback high-impact, enterprise-level workstreams.
- Assess and Measure Impact: Help diagnose business performance, align strategies with KPIs, and support executive communication and organizational alignment.
What You Bring to Client

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment banking.

Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the retail, apparel/footwear, merchandising, or other consumer-facing industries.
- Awareness of the competitive landscape and retail marketplace dynamics.

Strategic Thinking:
- Demonstrated success in leading complex strategic projects from ideation through execution.
- Strong problem-solving ability—able to analyze problems, synthesize insights, and propose actionable solutions.

Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders toward common goals.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.

Communication & Storytelling:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adept at crafting compelling strategic narratives and presentations (Keynote proficiency preferred).
