The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) operations across OneCarolina.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing Innovation, this position will serve as a junior administrator, providing technical expertise, user training, and strategic support to ensure the effective use of marketing automation. By expanding our team, we aim to enhance automation, increase personalization, and drive digital engagement across OneCarolina schools and units.
With a growing volume of email communications, automated journeys, and data-driven marketing strategies, this role will focus on improving user adoption of SFMCs advanced features, troubleshooting system issues, and expanding training initiatives.
Additionally, a major challenge for schools and units is content creation, which often limits their ability to fully utilize marketing automation.
The Marketing Automation Specialist will help bridge this gap by assisting with content development, ensuring that automated journeys can be implemented effectively and at scale.
