Duration: 12 months (Possibility of Extension)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Commercial Relationship Coordinator (CRC) to join our client s team. This position supports the new Polyethylene (PE) business in Client Chemicals and contributes to providing an unparalleled polymers experience to customers. The CRC acts as the primary customer contact, managing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations within the Offer-To-Cash (OTC) process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined group of PE customers, handling commercial relationship management and OTC activities.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, resolving any obstacles related to product supply, transport, HSSE, finance, or other issues.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, including order capture, confirmation, progression, amendments, invoicing, and cash collection.
  • Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly.
  • Proactively build customer relationships through regular communication and customer intelligence gathering.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive to address credit issues, ensure smooth receivables processes, and collect overdue payments without impacting customer relationships.
  • Maintain and update customer master data in systems and files.
  • Coordinate with HSSE, logistics, carriers, and supply teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled safely and efficiently.
  • Identify and address shortcomings in processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Skills & Requirements:
  • Experience working directly with Polyethylene or Chemicals customers is preferred.
  • Strong customer focus and service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in IT systems (SAP experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Quality & HSE Management Systems, Incoterms, export regulations, competition law, and letters of credit is beneficial.
  • Strong team collaboration, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience in Order-To-Cash processes is an asset.

Education:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Support the growth and success of the Polyethylene business in Client Chemicals.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfilment and issue resolution.
