Location Available: Mason, OH 45040 (Hybrid - Onsite 3 Days/week)
Duration: 3 Months+ Contract (Possibilities of Extension)
Pay Rate: $22/hr. on W2
General Function:
The Finance Associate/Analyst supports finance operations for high-risk, complex clients by conducting advanced analysis, reporting, and financial management guidance. This role assists Account Managers managing clients of various sizes, ensuring timely resolution of client requests and communication across teams.

General Function:
The Finance Associate/Analyst supports finance operations for high-risk, complex clients by conducting advanced analysis, reporting, and financial management guidance. This role assists Account Managers managing clients of various sizes, ensuring timely resolution of client requests and communication across teams.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with internal and external clients via phone, email, etc., to research, resolve, or escalate issues accurately and promptly.
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and recommend solutions for cash application and outstanding balances.
- Monitor open receivables, including payment patterns and root cause analysis (e.g., denials, over/short payments).
- Manage and prioritize the cash application process for high-risk customers.
- Recommend system or process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure accurate financial records for client accounts and provide requested reports to Account Managers, clients, brokers, TPAs, or auditors.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and resolve issues related to high-risk, complex client accounts.
Basic Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Customer service or insurance process experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to perform under pressure
- Knowledge of vision and/or insurance benefits, third-party benefits, and administration
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methods
- Experience with SAP and Facets systems preferred
Key Skills:
- Data entry and detail orientation
- Complex problem solving within large organizations
- Accounting/finance system transaction experience
- Collections and customer service expertise
