Job Title: Phlebotomist

Duration: 4 Months
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Overview
The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) is a vital front-line role, representing the face of our company to patients—whether part of their routine health check or a life-defining moment. The PSR II is responsible for drawing quality blood samples and preparing them for laboratory testing, all while ensuring patient comfort and maintaining procedural integrity. This role demands professionalism, patient focus, accuracy, and adherence to confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily operations under supervisor direction with accuracy and timeliness.

Draw forensic and clinical specimens in accordance with established guidelines.

Verify patient demographics and label specimens accurately in patient presence.

Maintain a clean, professional, and safe environment.

Provide exceptional service and build trust with patients.

Accurately document and maintain necessary records.

Promote a positive image to patients, colleagues, and the public.
Job Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Availability:

Flexible to work based on staffing needs (including weekends, holidays, overtime).

Must be punctual and available to work full scheduled shifts.

Education & Certification

Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
