Job Title: Sterile Processing Coordinator
Location: Modesto, CA 95350
Duration: 3 Months+ (TemptoPerm)
Shift: 3rd Shift- 11:00 pm - 7:30 am
Pay Rate: $30/hr. on W2

Responsibilities:
- Supervise SPD technicians, manage shift coverage, and support staff training and development.
- Ensure compliance with ANSI/AAMI standards, IFUs, SOPs, infection control, and safety regulations.
- Oversee decontamination, sterilization, QA audits, documentation, equipment maintenance, and inventory support.
- Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to meet operational goals and ensure instrument availability.
Certifications:
- Required: CRCST, CBSPD, CIS, HSPA CHL
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of sterile processing leadership or supervisory experience
- Sterilization standards, OSHA, medical device reprocessing, and surgical instruments.
