Shift - 8 AM- 6 PM, or 9 AM -7 PM , or 10 AM-8 PM, Schedule is rotating including weekends and will be 4 10-hour days.

- Child CPEP, Experience working with children and adolescents
- Manager would like someone with Hospital experience

- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Valid Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) license issued by NYSED required
