Job Description:
The Professional 1, Creative Development coordinates the development of advertising/marketing communications materials by creative design and creative writing services to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. The Professional 1, Creative Development work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.
The Professional 1, Creative Development applies various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a preference and response by the target audience for the organization and its products, services and brands. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated superior organizational skills to keep track of multiple requests, projects and campaigns in queue
Pursues excellence: Possesses high attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with many different departments and functions across the organization
Broad knowledge and experience with large databases
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work on a team and individually while being self-motivated
Above average skills in communication, logical thinking, and marketing
Preferred Qualifications
Possesses exceptional communication skills
Very high attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
High interest in the health and wellness industry
Self-motivated and takes initiative; proactively finds ways to improve and connect
Demonstrates ability to produce content that reflects the holistic understanding of ClientVitality audience and brand
Ability to understand the program design and elements and which engagement tools/channels are leveraged for each ClientVitality plan design
Has agency experience
Additional Information
The role entails accessing and managing electronic files appropriately for edits and revisions. The edits and revisions will be to existing templates with approved layouts. The position requires high interaction and collaboration with other team members. Excellent verbal communication skills are required for in-house project management and organizational procedures. The position requires flexibility with project scheduling, project problem solving and edits in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Excellent people, time, and project management skills with strict attention to accuracy and detail.

3. 3-5 years previous experience with Adobe Software Programs with a major focus on InDesign: Adobe Creative Suite (Cloud version: InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, Distiller).
4. Previous experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
5. Knowledge of electronic file organization, servers, and cross-platform optimization.
ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Specialized proficiency with minimal supervision. Independent reasoning ability, advanced analytical and computer skills. Advanced communications skills and visual acuity. Requires an ability to deal with people, work precisely and possess strong problem-solving skills.
