Pay rate: $17.50 - $23.00 per hour in W2 contract
Shift:5:30a-10:30a EST

Overview:
The PSR II serves as the face of our organization, delivering compassionate and skilled care to patients during blood sample collection. This role ensures high-quality specimen handling and promotes a safe, professional, and positive experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and prepare blood specimens accurately and safely.

• Verify patient identity and labeling procedures.

• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate leadership behaviors.

• Work at various locations including doctor’s offices and service centers.

• Support daily operations under supervisor guidance.

Requirements:

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, on-call, travel as needed.

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Medical or phlebotomy training preferred; certification required in CA, NV, WA.

• Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience required.

• Customer service and data entry experience desirable.
